This portal page is just the gateway to the Forum where it all happens.  You don't have to be a member to visit the forum and look around.  But if you want to participate in the discussions or post your own questions or answers, you will have to become a member.  Don't worry, remaining anonymous is encouraged and it's free to join. To get there, choose "Forums" from the Community menu on the left - and please consider becoming a part of the community.  We're all in this together.

A Note to Management Associations
This forum is specifically designed with you in mind!  Not only are there "global" areas where topics pertaining to condo management as a whole are handled, but your local organization can have its own dedicated "local" forum.  Information about upcoming meetings, specific local events, local ballot initiatives, local vendors, or local breaking news that can’t wait for the next monthly meeting, are all fair game.  Did you notice the word "local"?  As long as you keep "local" issues in your area and "global" issues out where everyone can benefit, the sky's the limit.  You can even have a password protected area where the organization's leadership can carry out business for the organization.  All free of charge.  Email Mike@idsdev.com for more information.

A Note to Non-Managers
Anyone is welcome in this forum.  However, if you are a vendor, direct solicitation is strictly forbidden - and you will be banned immediately.  Members are encouraged NOT to include email, instant messager, or other means of contact in thier profiles.  The forum has a private messenging system but it is NOT to be used to solicit business.  If a manager wishes to privately contact someone who says they have information, that is permissible.  Who knows, down the road, we may allow advertisements.
